What makes this project unique is 1) the community focus and 2) the construction. We have designed and built the buildings from pressure treated tongue and groove pine. The interiors are constructed with locally sourced hardwoods. The tongue and groove floors are mixed Belizean hardwoods and the cabinets are hand-built from Samwood.
Monthly management fees are currently set to $200 USD per month and these cover building insurance, water, pool maintenance and grounds maintenance.
Owners are responsible for their own contents’ insurance, their electric costs. Each unit has its own electric meter.
